STANDARDIZED FORMAT

Our surveys are computer drafted so the features shown are consistent from survey to survey. Before you receive one of our surveys, our survey technicians have screened it using our 52 item checklist to guarantee quality. Having all drawings computerized also makes it simple for us to update surveys.

EASY IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEM AREAS AND TITLE COMMITMENT ITEMS

All problem areas and Schedule "B" items are keyed to the list from the title report. This list is shown on the survey, and all items have the same numbering system. What you read in the title report is what you see on the survey.

LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS ARE ON THE SURVEY

We reproduce the legal description from the title report right on our survey drawing so it is easy to follow the boundary lines and easements.

LEGIBLE DRAWINGS

In the past, you may have had difficulty deciphering the lines and symbols on survey drawings. Because all our drafting is performed on computer, our surveys are clear and easy to read.

THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY

To serve you better, we use the latest technology in both field instruments and computer software. We are proud to offer the speed and accuracy of a Global Positioning System, which uses satellites to locate field data. This system has enabled us to survey over eight thousand acres of northern Arizona forest and over ten thousand acres of southern Arizona desert, all within a minimal amount of time.
