Services, Inc. has been providing services in Arizona since
1988, and in California and Nevada since 1990.
Our surveying experience includes ALTA, boundary, topographic
design surveys, subdivision plats, and
ground control for aerial topography. We are licensed and currently
perform surveying in Arizona, California, and Nevada.
We use the latest technology in our services, including Autocad
with color plotting capabilities.
Field surveying is performed using Sokkia data collectors
and Leitz field-to-office software. We us Trimble system GPS technology.
GPS Projects
Westwood Ranches - 11/90 to 3/98
Seligman, Arizona
Survey, subdivide and plat 85,000 acres of the Diamond Seven
Ranch into 40 acre parcels including existing ranch roads
and access ways. Phases 1 through 6 have been completed platting
approximately 5,000 acres in each phase.
Crossroads Ranch
- 3/96 to 1997
Williamson Valley, Arizona
Horizontal and
vertical control over 4,700 acres for aerial control Units
1 and 2.

ALTA Survey of
180 acre golf resort facility, including a horizon control
network to assist in performance of aerial photogrammatry
and to establish section control for four sections to establish

with the Yuma Proving Grounds data and City of Yuma data.
Survey was performed in "Static Mode" as not to
interfere with the Y.P.G. Radio Systems.

Town of Prescott
Valley - 5/99
Prescott Valley, Arizona
Horizontal and
vertical control for approximately 30 square miles for the
town to match into the Yavapai County datum.

ALTA and Boundary
Surveys:
We have had a noticeable growth, averaging approximately 250
various ALTA surveys per year since 1988 and completing 436
surveys in 1998. Our projection for the year 1999 is to complete
500 ALTA surveys.
Projects ranging
from simple 1 and 2 building sites to complex multi-acre retail,
commercial properties such as the American Express facility
at 32nd Street and Lincoln Drive and Tri-City Mall in Mesa,
Arizona.
Environmental Surveys:
Superior Surveying has performed a multitude of various monitoring
well projects throughout the State of Arizona to include an
ADEQ monitoring well study covering approximately three square
miles in Mesa, Arizona for Klinefelder Inc.; Dateland, Arizona
airfield monitoring well and underground storage tank facility
for Engineering Sciences Inc.; groundwater well monitoring
site plans for approval to drill a monitoring well within
the right-of-way for Dames and Moore pertaining to various
Motorola sites.
